1. Acceptance of Terms

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The ahh888 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines only. You represent and warrant that you are physically located within the Philippines at the time of account registration and at all times when accessing the Platform or placing wagers. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted is strictly forbidden.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos), unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. There is no maximum deposit limit unless imposed by your chosen payment provider or by responsible gaming limits you have set on your account. 4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, ahh888 may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback, or other incentives (collectively, "Bonuses") to eligible players. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time the Bonus is offered. For example, a ₱1,000 Bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ₱30,000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted.

Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe, typically 30 days from the date the Bonus is credited to your account, unless otherwise stated. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings. 4.3 Bonus Abuse

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

5.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the ahh888 Platform that utilize a random number generator (RNG) are tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure fairness, randomness, and compliance with industry standards. Game outcomes are determined solely by certified RNG algorithms and cannot be influenced or manipulated by the Operator or any third party.

Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real-time, using physical cards, wheels, dice, or other equipment. All live games are streamed via high-definition video and audio. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical randomness and human dealer action, not by any electronic or algorithmic process controlled by ahh888.

5.2 Malfunctions and Errors

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ahh888 Platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to access or interact with the Platform, place wagers, or manipulate game outcomes.

Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

Using any cheating device, software exploit, or method to interfere with the normal operation of any game.

Laundering money or using the Platform for any other illegal financial activity.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other time.

Opening or operating multiple accounts on the Platform.

Allowing any third party to access or use your account.

Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct toward ahh888 staff or other players.

Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any component of the Platform.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

6.1 Suspension by ahh888

ahh888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that you have breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, posed a reputational or regulatory risk to the Platform, or for any other reason at our sole and reasonable discretion. Upon suspension or termination, access to the Platform will be immediately revoked.

In the event of account termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. If termination is not for cause, the verified account balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any applicable verification procedures.

6.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your ahh888 account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support through the live chat facility on the Site. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ahh888, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and even if ahh888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ahh888's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ahh888 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your breach of any provision of this Agreement; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with it, or the use of the ahh888 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute between you and ahh888 arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be referred to ahh888 customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules and procedures. The seat of arbitration shall be the Philippines, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.

13. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and ahh888 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, warranties, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
